Who receives the data and why

I freely consent to Denis Sazhin (CGDANNYS, cgdannys.com; mail@cgdannys.com) processing the information I submit to respond to my enquiry, review my learning application, agree the plan and schedule and send service emails acknowledging and confirming the application.

Data covered

For the learning builder: name, phone, email, preferred contact channel and messenger contact, goal, topics and lesson count, homework review, price, timezone, dates and times, language and consent date and version. For chat or other forms: my message and supplied contact details. Sensitive categories and passport details are not required.

Operations and access

This covers collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary access by the authorised administrator and technical providers, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing uses this website, WordPress and communication services. Chosen messengers, chat delivery services and email providers also process relevant data under their own rules. Data is not intended for public distribution; private plan links should be kept secret.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. Data must not be kept longer than necessary. After completion or withdrawal it is deleted, or processed further only with an independent lawful basis and within applicable legal periods. Email mail@cgdannys.com from your supplied contact to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or revocation of a plan link.

Separate action

Consent is given through a separate checkbox that is not preselected when submitting the form. It does not authorise marketing, analytics, a paid contract or payment. The privacy policy and terms are separate documents. Version: 2026-10-26-v167.
